REGISTRATION for 2014 IEEE HPEC Conference

 A word about our processes

Registration

The conference registration fee includes plenary and technical sessions, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, all coffee breaks, the demo reception on Wednesday, and one copy of the conference CD ROM proceedings. The tutorials will be held on Tuesday. There is a separate charge for the tutorial.

Remittance must be made in $US dollars, by check payable to IEEE HPEC Conference, or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express). Do not send cash by mail. Make all checks payable to, IEEE HPEC Conference and drawn on a US bank. REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 8, 2014 to qualify for advance registration discount rate. Students must present a current, valid student ID with their registration form and payment. This can be emailed to sec.boston@ieee.org, or faxed to +1 781-245-5406. All pre-conference registrations must be received in the office by September 4, 2014. After that date, only onsite registrations will be accepted. You will not be considered registered until your payment as well as your registration form has been received. For wire transfer information, please contact the Registration Committee at sec.boston@ieee.org.
