Meeting location – MTC (Microsoft Technology Center), Cambridge, MA.
We all know those iconic brands: Nike, PayPal, and Twitter, or startups rapidly achieving iconic status. How do you get there? How do you create a passionate fan base, not just steady customers? It’s all about marketing to make them love your brand. Join startup founders who are building brands that are about the total user experience, and learn how it’s this total experience–not a big advertising budget–that truly drives traction.
This session will cover:
- How to build in great user experience from the prototype stage on,
- How to have killer customer service that delivers loyal customers,
- Why today’s brand advocate marketing puts startups at an advantage, and what you can do to leverage it.
We’ll learn from the experiences of startup founders from B2B, consumer brands, and more, how to make people crazy about your brand.
