It’s been said that the success of a startup is 99% execution and 1% the idea. What are the components of execution to scale your startup? You need to create the product/service; however you also need to implement the business side. Developing a business model that defines how your company will operate is critical in terms of hiring, finance and legal setup, marketing and sales, operations, and customer success. You test your assumptions with data, make your decisions, implement and launch – with a pivot or two in the forecast!

Developing a business model for your startup deserves deep thought. We’ve assembled a panel of entrepreneurs and experts to share their experience and insights on this topic. Come join us!
