Challenge: Use Geiger-Mode LiDAR data of an eastern region of Puerto Rico (after hurricane Maria in 2018) provided by MIT LL and write a code using AI to find and label on an image: a. Damaged roads and buildings, b. Areas with high risk of landslide; c. Areas that are isolated (with no roads connection available in/out); d. areas in need of communication networks; e.
