Registration includes KSCO and KIMAS Conferences and attendee can attend both conferences once registered.

CONFERENCE FEE INFORMATION

The conference registration fee includes admission to technical and plenary sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, and one copy of the conference digest on CD ROM. The conference banquet will be held on Wednesday evening, May 2, 2007. There is a separate charge for the banquet.

PAYMENT POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

Remittance must be made in $US dollars, by check payable to IEEE KIMAS Conference, or credit card

(VISA, MasterCard, or American Express). Do not send cash by mail. Make all checks payable to, IEEE

KIMAS Conference and drawn on a US bank. REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1, 2007 to qualify for advance registration discount rate. Students must present a current, valid student ID when they submit their registration form. This can be emailed to sec.boston@ieee.org, or faxed to +1 781-245-5406. All pre-conference registrations must be received in the office by April 26, 2007. After that date, only onsite registrations will be accepted. You will not be considered registered until your payment as well as your registration form has been received. Purchase orders are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are allowed and must be requested in writing to the above mail address or by email to sec.boston@ieee.org based on the following schedule.

Up to April 10, 2007 - full refund, less $50 processing fee.

After April 10, 2007 - no refunds, substitutions are allowed.
